About Keianna Wen
Keianna Wen is currently an undergraduate senior studying French Horn Performance with Eric Ruske. Prior to studying at Boston University, she attended the Manhattan School of Music Precollege Division where she studied with Sharon Moe and played principal horn in the Philharmonic Orchestra. Keianna has also attended the Boston University Tanglewood Institute Horn Workshop, Young Artist Summer Program at the Curtis Institute of Music and the Atlantic Brass Quintet Seminar. She currently plays in the Boston University Wind Ensemble, Boston University Symphony Orchestra, and Boston University Chamber Orchestra as well as participating in chamber music at Boston University. Next year, Keianna will be attending the Schulich School of Music at McGill University on a full scholarship, where she will pursue her Masters in Horn Performance. This summer, she will be attending the Kent Blossom Summer Festival with the Cleveland Orchestra. Outside of horn, Keianna has worked as a sales and marketing intern at the Jose Mateo Ballet Theatre for the Dance for World Community Festival.
